From your Hiking Leaders
Welcome to the 2021-2022 hiking season at Palm Creek. We believe that hiking helps maintain physical and mental wellness through enjoying the outdoors, exercise and socializing with fellow hikers in beautiful surroundings. It is our hope that during COVID 19 we will be able to enjoy hiking by keeping in mind the protocols that have been put in place for our safety.
The leaders for this season are Jerry Garrison and John Robichaud. Jerry emails Palm Creek Hiker News that tells you where we are going and directions on how to get there. When you sign up please give your email address, so you can get on the list.
Hikers gather every Friday at the main mailboxes at about 7:30 to sign up for the hike. Be ready to leave by 8:00.
Carpooling is Dependent on Covid restrictions. Proof of Vaccinations are required and only 4 people per vehicle. Masks may be necessary.
Drivers should be compensated $10.00 from each rider.
